Most buildings are live in under 10 minutes. A guided setup wizard walks you through adding your property, buildings, and amenities — no hardware to install, no technician visit, no IT help required. You can finish it on your lunch break and edit everything afterward from the admin dashboard.
Your card is on file at signup so there is no interruption, but nothing is charged for 90 days. On day 90 your first monthly payment (your unit count × $1 + a $5 service fee) begins — and only then. Cancel anytime before day 90 from your billing page in one click and you are never charged. No cancellation fees, and you can export your data on the way out.
